Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities.
  • Supporting clients in social, recreational, and community participation activities.
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will need to:

  • Hold a current Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Community Care.
  • Have experience working with clients who have complex needs in an aged care or community setting.
  • Be flexible and willing to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

We offer a competitive salary of $40-$60 per hour, paid weekly, as well as access to our mobile app for managing your roster and client information. You will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities, including complimentary CPR and Manual Handling training.
