We're seeking ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals in the Port Macquarie region, NSW.

About the Role

As a Connor Christmas Casual, you'll be part of a fast-paced retail environment that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service, exceeding KPIs and driving sales.

You'll work closely with our experienced team members to ensure seamless store operations, maintaining stock levels, and presenting stores to perfection.

About You
  • You possess excellent customer service skills, taking pride in delivering memorable experiences for our valued customers.
  • You're driven to succeed, exceeding targets and taking initiative in problem-solving.
  • You have a keen interest in fashion and trends, ensuring you stay up-to-date on the latest styles and products.
  • You're a quick thinker, able to adapt to changing situations, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Please note, this role requires flexibility, including working nights, weekends, and public holidays during the peak Christmas period.

The ideal candidate has previous retail experience, preferably in high-volume fashion retail, or strong customer service skills.

Your Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate, reflecting the demands of the role and the rewarding nature of your contributions to our success.

Estimated Hourly Rate: $25-$30 per hour

This rate is subject to change based on individual performance and location.
