**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our retail team as a Lead Store Advisor in Melbourne.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of sales advisors to achieve store targets.

As a Lead Store Advisor, you will embody the brand's core values and passion for movement, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and communicating through the brand's values and philosophy in team and customer interactions
  • Coaching the team to ensure excellent technical product knowledge
  • Streamlining feedback to continuously improve store processes, customer engagement, and team happiness
  • Maintaining the visual standards in the store to deliver a premium experience and optimize sell-through strategy

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience within a consumer-facing or retail work environment, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
