**Support Care Specialist Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Care Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional care services.

About the Role:

As a Support Care Specialist, you will work closely with clients in their homes, providing personalized support with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, medication management, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Clearance Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (provisional Licence accepted)
  • Clean, reliable, and registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Smart Phone
