**Project Coordinator Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with project teams to ensure the smooth coordination and completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams in Seven Hills and Manila with project coordination and completion.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain regular communication with clients on project progress.
  • Coordinate fibre splicing works and liaise with Councils for permits and permanent restoration.
  • Support crew management, prepare daily job packs for field teams, and process subcontractor documentation.
  • Maintain records and updates related to project administration, review and monitor safety and administrative documentation submissions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2 or more years' experience as a Project Coordinator in the telecommunications industry or a related industry.
  • A Certificate III in Telecommunications or a degree in Civil Engineering is desirable.
  • Proactive and self-directed individual who can identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience with Jira Software being an advantage.
