Job Title: Rostering Officer
">About the Role:
">The Rostering and Scheduling Officer is responsible for the efficient allocation of client services and rostering of Community Support Workers and clinical team members. This role involves evaluating the continuous and efficient allocation of client services, completing scheduling activities while meeting deadlines and operational requirements, maintaining accurate and timely database updates, responding to enquiries and providing clear information regarding services, and delivering excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude is essential for this role.
