Job OverviewA leading role in collision repair where you will oversee a team to achieve targets and ensure vehicle repairs meet quality expectations. As the Centre Manager, you are responsible for driving business growth, managing teams effectively, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. This includes managing resources, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is crucial in achieving business success.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitably by preparing and reviewing P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports. Accurate financial reporting will help drive informed decision-making.
  • Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on-site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Your leadership skills will inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): maintain a safe working environment by following all WHS policies and procedures. The safety of employees and customers is paramount.
