Quality Assurance Role

The position of Senior Test Automation Engineer at ClearCompany offers the chance to contribute to our Automation Test team and work on developing approaches for test code development and integrating test automation with Scrum workflow and build processes. As a member of our team, you will have opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and grow your skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assess and recommend test automation technology selection and strategy, including framework selection and coding language.
- Create and implement automation frameworks that meet usability, effectiveness, efficiency, and maintainability standards, supporting both backend and UI components with a focus on Accessibility.
- Develop and maintain standards for writing test code and automation coding principles to be used across the team.
- Collaborate in the development of automated tests and enable Definition of Done.
- Analyze and improve automation testing practices.
- Identify and manage risks and issues related to automated tests.

Requirements

- Proven expertise in automation testing, test frameworks, CI/CD, and various tools.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of role autonomy and a 'can do' attitude.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Computing Science, Mathematics, or another relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a senior automation test role.
