Job Title: LTSA Service Coordinator

Canadian Solar is seeking a highly skilled LTSA Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our service operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist LTSA Service Managers in developing project plans, managing trackers, and related activities.
  • Track schedules against actual performance, report on spare parts consumption, and manage reorders.
  • Handle RMA and warranty defect returns and replenishment.
  • Support LTSA Service Managers in managing contracts, invoices, change orders, and warranty defect notices.
  • Oversee purchase requests and purchase orders.
  • Prepare monthly reports for clients/owners and present performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Report on LTSA budget vs. actual variances and track costs such as PO burn rates.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree or diploma in a related field such as Data, Analytics, Finance, Business, or Engineering.
  • Experience working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • SCADA experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry or a service background preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in visual presentation of complex data sets into graphs, charts, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
