We are seeking a skilled Structural Designer to join our Brisbane team, focusing on structural design and detailing for mining and minerals projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop structural layouts and detailed drawings in line with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely delivery of designs.
  • Maintain design and drafting standards, adhering to established systems and protocols.
  • Proactively address design and scheduling challenges in consultation with the Project Lead.
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications in Trade, Drafting, or Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in a drafting role, preferably within the mining or engineering sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Structural drafting and design principles for final documentation.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Advanced Steel, and Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to remain flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
