Program Overview

Our Graduate Program is designed to consolidate clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive environment. It provides mentorship and exposure to the many rewarding facets of a nursing career in aged care. The 12-month program includes four, 3-month long placements covering various areas of Nursing:

  • Assessment & Care Planning of the Older Person
  • Complex Health Care Needs
  • Caring for residents living with dementia
  • Leadership

As a Registered Nurse Graduate with Bupa, you will embark on a fulfilling career path with opportunities for advancement beyond your Graduate year. Our Grad program provides the chance to experience being part of an organisation whose people and residents are at the heart of all that we do.

To be eligible for the Program, you must have a Bachelor of Nursing degree with an AHPRA registration. We require high level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role. We value candidates who can commit to the 12-month duration of the Program and possess well-developed time management skills.
