Job Title: Skilled Trainer and Assessor
">The primary role of this position is to deliver quality educational services, providing training, assessment, and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives. Skilled trainers and assessors may also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients.
">About the Role:
">- Deliver high-quality training and assessment programs to meet the needs of students and industry partners.
- Maintain currency and expertise in advanced welding techniques and comprehensive fabrication skills.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, knowledge, and cultural practices in the fabrication industry.
- Familiarity with the MEM Training Package and its application in vocational education.
- Proficient in using digital tools to support training delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse learners and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
