About The RoleAs a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in Western Melbourne and surrounding areas.
This full-time position offers an ideal opportunity to work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
You will utilize an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
Your role will involve working within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals, building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, and attending weekly team meetings.
In this role, you will tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor, and enjoy opportunities for growth and professional development.
What We Offer- Competitive Salary Package: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum (based on experience), plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.
