Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Access Psych. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing authentic, dependable, and compassionate mental health support to individuals and corporate clients across Australia.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, with a preference for 2 days per week, but we are open to considering other arrangements. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will work in a hybrid environment, combining face-to-face and telehealth services to deliver high-quality mental health support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist individuals return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
  • Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
  • Must be able to see clients face-to-face but can be a hybrid TH/F2F role.

Requirements

  • General Psychologist Registered AHPRA;
  • Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation;
  • You have permanent residency in Australia;
  • You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
  • You want to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team.
  • Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
