About the Role:
HammondCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at North Turramurra. As a key member of our residential team, you will work closely with management and carers to provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support care delivery by care staff
- Educate and mentor in clinical areas and processes
- Consult on case management and clinical decision-making
- Provide clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse
- Implement and support resident comfort-focused care
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, working independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work a range of night shifts across 7 days
- Knowledge and experience of caring for people with dementia and their needs
- Genuine passion for serving elderly people and making a difference in their lives
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Experience in a residential setting is highly desirable
