Job Title: Food Service Attendant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis.

  • Taking ownership of the coffee machine and providing exceptional service to our guests with your amazing barista skills.
  • Explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences, and provide suitable assistance when recommending beverages.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling items and ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
  • Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals, and maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Barista Experience essential
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a strong strive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction
  • Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends and public holidays
