Care and Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in the Hunter Valley Transitional Aged Care Program. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to support rehabilitation needs and promote wellbeing, independence, and safety at home.
The successful candidate will have expertise in assessing and supporting rehabilitation needs with consumer-centred and family-inclusive interventions within a recovery-focused framework. They will also provide services as part of a home-visiting program, helping clients achieve their goals in their own environment.

Key Responsibilities:- To deliver high-quality clinical care to support rehabilitation needs and promote wellbeing, independence, and safety at home.
- To assess and support rehabilitation needs with consumer-centred and family-inclusive interventions within a recovery-focused framework.
- To provide services as part of a home-visiting program, helping clients achieve their goals in their own environment.
- A degree in physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
- An eligibility list will be created for future temporary part-time vacancies.
- A supportive multi-disciplinary team and varied, stable work in a year-round service (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm).
