Clinical Specialist in Mental Health Nursing

At our healthcare organization, we are seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in mental health to provide high-quality patient care on overnight shifts for our General Psychology Unit.
The OpportunityAs a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure excellent patient outcomes align with our hospital's values and strategic objectives.
Key Requirements- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential
- A minimum of two years' post-graduate experience is required
- Recent experience in a mental health nursing setting is highly regarded
- Post-graduate qualifications in mental health are an advantage
- Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster is necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required is vital
