About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fitness Instructor to lead our team at Manning Aquatic & Leisure Centre. As a dynamic fitness professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert training services to our members.
Main responsibilities:
- To design and deliver high-quality fitness classes and personal training sessions
- To maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members
- To provide outstanding customer service and communication skills
- To work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Requirements:
- A minimum Cert IV in Personal Training or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with a relevant fitness industry association
- A valid Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR certification
- A current Working With Children Check and willingness to undergo a police check
