Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Passive Fire Leader to oversee a performing team of Technicians across high-end contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Passive Fire professional wanting to take on a pivotal role in a reputable multi-services business.

Vacancies for field-based Passive Fire Technicians of all levels are also available.

About the Role:

  • Manage and lead a team of around 8 Passive Fire & Door Technicians across installation, construction, and minor works.
  • Prioritize work orders to ensure timely completions and maintain high productivity levels.
  • Attend active sites to provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Liaise closely with the designated Service Manager and Coordinator.
  • Participate in regular site meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with quoting and tendering processes.
  • Minimum 5+ years of passive fire knowledge and experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills required.
  • A NSW Drivers License is necessary.
