Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the sales and admissions process is efficient and effective
  • Conduct tours and provide information about our community to potential residents and their families
  • Proactively manage sales enquiries and follow up with leads
  • Build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maximise occupancy by identifying opportunities for growth and development
  • Support the implementation of approved marketing events
  • Assist with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
  • Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
  • Assist with client services and general enquiries
  • Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
  • Reception and other administration duties where required
  • Managing team rosters and timesheets

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
