This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing CRM records, preparing documents, and coordinating client communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring seamless sales processes.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate client meetings, communications, and follow-ups to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Provide administrative support to directors and sales staff, including diary management and travel arrangements.
- Track sales pipeline, deal status, and key deadlines to drive business growth.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a related commercial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, with experience using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
