Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Cyber Threat Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our cyber security operations, you will play a critical role in strengthening enterprise threat detection, improving response capabilities, and advancing cyber resilience across critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and uplift SOAR capabilities within enterprise SIEM environments.
  • Deliver and support security solutions across the Azure Stack, including Sentinel, Monitor, Defender for Cloud, EntraID, and Azure ARC.
  • Build advanced alerting using KQL/SPL and develop detailed security playbooks.
  • Manage log onboarding and transformation activities to optimise ingestion.
  • Lead incident investigations and response using Defender XDR and Splunk.
  • Produce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to change control.
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to other cyber analysts.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with technical teams and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in a technical Cyber Security role.
  • Strong experience across ticket/case management systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in incident response and cyber threat management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.
