Lead IAM Specialist

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the IAM Expert: Lead from the front by being the go-to person for all things IAM, without the pressure of managing a team.
  • Drive Efficiency: You'll optimize processes, close gaps, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • PowerShell & Microsoft Entra: Troubleshoot issues, improve conditional access policies, and refine operational processes. Your PowerShell expertise will shine here.
  • Incident Management: Stay hands-on and lead the way when it comes to identity incidents and operational improvements.

Is this You?:

  • 5-7 years IAM experience – solid experience in Identity Access Management is key.
  • PowerShell Wizardry – someone who can navigate PowerShell commands and troubleshoot IAM issues like a pro.
  • Problem Solver & Innovator – if you thrive on improving systems and spotting gaps, this role is for you.
  • Microsoft Entra Knowledge – familiarity with conditional access policies and the IAM portal is a must.
