National assignment opportunity for an experienced Administrator seeks a detail-oriented professional to support the Accounts payable team in Burswood.

**Role Summary**

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Vendor Master Data, ensuring accurate records and timely updates. This is a unique chance to develop skills in vendor management and data entry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Onboarding new vendors into internal systems
  • Uploading relevant documents to vendor management system
  • Monitoring and reporting on Vendor data and compliance
  • Updating vendor details (Bank details, licenses and certificates of currency)
  • Chasing missing information from vendors and finance team

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High-level data entry skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good work ethic and ability to work within a team

**Working Arrangements:**

  • Full-time, 38 hours, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm
  • School hours available
  • Occasional work-from-home flexibility once trained
