Job Opportunity for Product Manager

This role involves delivering secure, integrated communications and enabling seamless coordination across the Australian Defence Force.

  • Key responsibilities include providing product management services to support capability delivery.
  • Managing and maintaining product schedules, documentation, and in-service support plans.
  • Coordinating and managing product governance activities and contract change proposals.
  • Overseeing and reviewing planned and unplanned maintenance schedules and future sustainment schedules.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a Defence environment and managing defence systems, products, or processes.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and driving deliverables and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in a related field of study.
  • Certifications in Agile, PRINC2, PMBOK highly regarded.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent stakeholder management.

Due to the nature of the work, you must currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
