We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Sephora. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Improve Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including loyalty programs, events, and promotions.
- Manage Budget and Inventory: Develop and manage the store's budget and inventory, including forecasting sales and managing stock levels.
- Previous Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Customer Service and Sales Skills: Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
