Job Title: Corporate Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cross-Border Tax Expert to join our team. As a member of our corporate tax department, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality taxation services to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice on cross-border taxation matters, including transfer pricing, international tax planning, and M&A transactions.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their complex tax challenges.
  3. Maintain and improve existing relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expanding our service offerings.
  4. Contribute to the development of new business proposals and pitches, leveraging your expertise to win new clients and projects.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including audit, financial advisory, and consulting services, to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (e.g., CA, CFA, etc.).
  • Proven experience in cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, or international tax planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret complex data and develop innovative solutions.
