Key Role

Liquor Team Member - A key role in delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming store environment.


The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage with customers, share their passion for our products, and create special moments that customers will remember. They will be an advocate for our loyalty programs, ensure stock levels are maintained, and maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and colleagues.


Responsibilities include actively engaging with customers, advocating for our loyalty programs, maintaining stock levels, and upholding service of alcohol guidelines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating a positive imprint in any role they grow into and being themselves without feeling pressured to conform.


About You
  • You will have the ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically to provide the ultimate unboring experience.
  • Good availability across the day, evenings, and weekends is required.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team is essential.
  • A genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge is necessary.
  • Ownership of your career is expected, with opportunities to join a business where you can dream big about your future.
