The OpportunityWe are seeking a Qualified/Experienced Baker to join our team at the Prospect store. As a baker at Banjo's, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other bakers and the production manager to maintain high-quality standards. You will be responsible for producing great-tasting breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day.
- Produce high-quality baked goods that meet Banjo's standards
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve consistent results
- Follow Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment
- Be flexible and willing to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
We are looking for a baker who is passionate about their craft and has a positive attitude. You should have experience producing quality baked goods and be reliable, organized, and a good communicator. You should also be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
