Key Role in Driving Store Success

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal part in achieving store objectives.

This role is perfect for those who enjoy mentoring and inspiring their team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals. With the right guidance, you'll elevate the store's performance and drive sales forward.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to be commercially astute, able to maximise profitability through effective sales strategies, interior decorator programs, NPS, engagement, ATV, and strike rates.

Sharing product knowledge and passion for the brand with your team and customers is also crucial in this role. You'll foster a positive work environment built on teamwork, collaboration, and regular feedback.

Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions will help you grow as a leader, valuing your team's input and empowering them to proactively mitigate risk.

Managing daily store operations, including rostering, financial performance, new starter onboarding, and ad hoc training, will be essential to your success in this role.

Embedding safety into your team's daily routine will ensure a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
