Job Overview:

We are seeking a Structures Management Specialist to oversee the delivery of concrete FRP works on a high-rise project in Brisbane. The role will work closely with the Project Manager and involve managing construction activities, leading crews, and coordinating with subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety toolbox meetings
  • Organize daily pre-start meetings
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations
  • Maintain accurate Foreman's Daily Work Diaries
  • Collaborate with project managers on design issues and project progress

Selection Criteria:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry
  • Proven expertise in heavy concrete structures
  • Experience working on large-scale projects (> $100 million) involving various regulatory authorities
  • Skill in coordinating crane operations, permits, and approvals
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and understand designs and drawings
