Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking passionate and driven Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists to work as Rehabilitation Consultants in our South Coast/Illawarra team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals in their recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness.
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various portfolios.
  • Support individuals in recovering and returning to their pre-injury employment using clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About You:
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST OR PHYSIOTHERAPIST (with AHPRA registration) OR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (with ESSA membership and SIRA modules)
  • Desire to work in occupational rehabilitation.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach.
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
