Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our renal outpatient team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a therapist with experience in community or subacute settings who is passionate about providing person-centred care.

About the Role:
  • The occupational therapist will work closely with the allied health teams, nursing staff, nephrologists, and chronic kidney disease educators to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing dialysis or living with chronic kidney disease.
  • The role requires a strong understanding of chronic health conditions and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • The successful candidate will have a recognised tertiary qualification in occupational therapy, be fully registered as an occupational therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and have current membership with OT Australia.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognised tertiary qualification in occupational therapy
  • Fully registered as an occupational therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Eligible for membership with OT Australia
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Current national police check and working with children check VIC
