About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Stylerunner. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our marketing efforts, with a specific focus on social media and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Campaigns & Content:
    • Work with our Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns and product drops, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.
    • Develop and execute content campaign shoot ideas, working closely with our Creative Lead and Design team.
    • Assist with developing and executing brand-funded co-op marketing campaigns, working directly with brands and our wider marketing team.
    • Lead styling for all e-commerce and content campaign shoots, ensuring brand requirements are met.
    • Assist with sourcing product samples and props for all content shoots.
    • Contribute to post-campaign wrap-up reports.
  • Social Channel Management:
    • Manage all organic social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
    • Develop and execute strategies for all organic social media channels, ensuring alignment with our marketing calendar and KPIs.
    • Plan and schedule all social content, ensuring relevance to each channel and overseeing all posts.
    • Create content for all social media channels, including still and video content, in line with content trends and key brand messages.
    • Assist the digital team with direction of all paid assets, contributing ideas and providing recommendations based on organic performance and trends.
  • Influencer & Partnerships Management:
    • Build and manage our community of external partners, including influencers, shopping centers, PR and creative agencies, gyms, studios, and media.
    • Manage influencer relationships and coordinate gifting programs.
    • Source new partners and influencers for content creation and product seeding.
    • Liaise with and brief influencers on all requirements for content production and sharing.
    • Work with our Marketing Specialist on co-op brand influencer requirements.
    • Actively seek new partners to broaden our audience, while remaining on brand.
    • Manage and leverage external partners to achieve existing marketing KPIs across both brand and co-op activity.
  • Own Label – Stylerunner the Label & ODE:
    • Assist with driving marketing and brand strategies for SRTL & ODE, understanding product, purpose, and tone of voice.
    • Assist with building specific go-to-market plans based on collections and deliveries, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
    • Lead styling direction for all content and e-commerce photoshoots, working with our Design team and wider marketing team.
    • Build specific influencer communities and partners for these brands.
    • Execute seeding/gifting programs.
  • Retail & Local Area Marketing:
    • Work with our Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing campaigns are executed across retail stores on time, alongside all other channels.
    • Lead marketing activity across all new store openings, including events, pop-ups, and/or influencer activity, in line with center requirements.
  • Store Content & Graphics:
    • Brief our Designer on all content elements relevant to retail, including in-store graphics across signage and screens.
    • Work with our Designer to develop window executions by store, based on marketing campaigns and product promotion.
    • SOURCE quotes and manage costs of all print collateral, working with external partners and growing these relationships.
    • Manage print timelines and logistics of collateral to stores across AU & NZ.
    • Communicate with our wider marketing, retail, and VM team for all in-store collateral execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
    Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Sound knowledge across key social media channels – Instagram and TikTok.
    • Proven styling experience.
    • Sound knowledge across influencer landscape.
