About the Role:
  • Pick up and drop off of dogs
  • Accompany up to 4 dogs to dog parks or lead bushwalks
  • Manage dogs during playtime to ensure appropriate behavior
  • Teach basic obedience and recall skills
  • Provide valuable feedback to dog owners

We strive to create a peaceful environment where dogs can socialize and relax while rehearsing good behavior. Our goal is to return each dog to its owner with improved social skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Dog Walking and Handling: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of dogs during outings.
  2. Socialization and Training: Teach basic obedience, recall, and other essential skills to improve canine behavior.
  3. Communication: Provide regular feedback to dog owners on their pet's progress and behavior.
  4. Maintenance of Equipment and Vehicles: Ensure that all necessary equipment and vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a genuine passion for working with dogs.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in dog walking, training, or a related field
  • Physical ability to walk and handle multiple dogs simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
