**Job Title:** Customer Experience and Business Designer

Role Overview

This is a long-term contract role offering an initial 12-month term with potential extensions up to 4 years.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive customer-centricity by improving service delivery through designing and guiding multi-year projects, including skills transformation and commonwealth employment program enhancement.
  • Lead end-to-end service design engagements using research techniques and methodologies to shape user experiences and services.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user, business, and government needs.
  • Plan and conduct user research and usability tests to guarantee the effectiveness of newly designed solutions.
Key Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience guiding stakeholders and project teams to generate actionable insights and opportunities for service improvements.
  • Strong track record of overseeing and participating in research activities, generating insights, and using data to drive improvements.
  • Ability to work within an Agile team, scope and break down work into design deliverables, and tailor methods to fit set timeframes.
