Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking phone enquiries for skincare and non-surgical procedures
  • Booking/appointments
  • Providing administration support to the clinical team
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Fulfilling online orders
  • Daily clinic setup and cleaning
  • Upselling products to support clinical team
