### Job Title: Support Worker

### Job Summary

As a Support Worker at Myhomecare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to older Australians in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and help them maintain their independence.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide domestic, social, respite, and personal care services to clients in their own homes
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with household chores
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

### What You'll Need

* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Home and Community Care
* Experience working in aged care, disability, or community nursing is highly desirable
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates
* Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance
* National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
* Clear communication skills
