Residential Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our fast-paced sales team as a Residential Sales Coordinator. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the property and construction industry.

About the Role

As a Residential Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the sales consultants with client communication and enquiries, preparing and processing new home contracts and paperwork, coordinating documentation between departments and external suppliers, keeping our CRM system updated and accurate, supporting the setup of display homes, events, and promotions, and learning the ropes of the residential building process from the ground up.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a recent graduate in business, property, communications, or a related field, or someone with strong admin skills and a great attitude. You should be a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, highly organized and keen to learn, with good attention to detail and confidence with Microsoft Office. A can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative are essential.
