Cadetship Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic students to express their interest in potential Cadetship opportunities throughout 2025. As a Hindmarsh cadet, you will have the chance to work on different construction projects, develop your skills, and gain valuable industry experience under the guidance of experienced professionals.
The role entails:

To be eligible for this opportunity, you should:
- Currently be studying a degree in a construction-related field (preferably in your second or third year)
- Display excellent teamwork skills
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
- Show initiative in handling tasks and resolving issues
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry
- Possess solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, with exposure to Microsoft Project being an asset
