We are seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team at Harris Farm Markets.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience. As a shop assistant, you will be the face of our business, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions about products and services, and making recommendations based on their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockroom and back office areas.
  • Assist with stocking shelves, rotating stock, and receiving merchandise.
  • Maintain accurate department signage and pricing information.
  • Stock and clean frozen and dairy case.
  • Maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly attitude and passion for good food.
  • Flexibility in availability.
