Job Title: Business Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Associate to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless implementation of sponsorship campaigns and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee timely campaign execution.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders to clarify campaign details and ensure correct execution.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide regular campaign updates to clients and post-campaign reports.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to organize timelines and asset delivery.
  • Partner with external suppliers for quotes and concepts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or advertising, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement and knowledge growth.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
