Digital Advertising Specialist

About the Role:
At Joolca, we're seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer to join our marketing team. As a Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising our paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of our Google and Meta ad accounts, including campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis.
* Analyse and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to adjust bids, targeting, and creative assets to improve campaign performance.
* Collaborate with our PPC Lead to implement strategy, follow best practices, and execute paid media plans that align with Joolca's goals.
* Be actively involved in conversations around Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), offering insights on how to improve landing pages and user experiences that drive conversions.
* Liaise with the creative and content teams to ensure that ad copy and creative are aligned with the brand and tailored for each audience segment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns, with a track record of driving results.
* Strong understanding of ad targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimisation.
* Proficiency with ad management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and tools like Google Analytics.
* Knowledge of CRO principles, with the ability to contribute to discussions on improving landing page performance and user experience.
