Ermha365 is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing mental health and disability support services across Australia. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with complex needs to develop skills and abilities to gain independence.



The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1:1 and 2:1 support to consumers in their own homes and community settings. This will involve meeting individual needs according to established behavioural support plans, developing professional relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders, and providing accurate and timely case notes.



About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires individuals who act ethically and are integrity-driven. You will need to possess assertiveness and a genuine empathetic approach to provide support to consumers and promote their independence.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support to consumers in their own homes and community settings
  • Meet individual needs according to established behavioural support plans
  • Develop professional relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Provide accurate and timely case notes
  • Support consumers to work towards their individual goals
