About the Role

You'll own the strategy and execution of programs that build awareness, drive acquisition, and reduce churn across our audiences. Your role will involve diversifying channels beyond Google Ads, scaling predictable pipeline growth, and strengthening lifecycle conversion and retention.

About You
  • Deliver measurable demand generation results in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
  • Cross-channel expertise: Google Ads, paid social, events, and partnerships with a focus on ROI optimisation.
  • CAC payback, pipeline contribution, and customer LTV are second nature.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with playbooks and systems introduction in lean teams.
  • Humble, hungry, and smart individuals who want the business to succeed.
