Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cyber Security Operations Center Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our security operations center, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization from evolving cyber threats with precision, urgency, and purpose.

You will be responsible for leading high-fidelity investigations, coordinating incident response efforts, and mentoring and developing SOC analysts. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive detection engineering efforts, shape detection logic, and elevate the SOC's analytical and operational rigor.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's security posture and contribute to the development of our security operations function. If you are a motivated and collaborative individual with a passion for cybersecurity, we encourage you to apply.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience handling security-related incidents
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading or contributing to global and multi-functional analyst SOC teams
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and cross-functional expertise across multiple IT operational and security disciplines
  • Excellent knowledge of industry-standard frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)
  • GCIA, GCIH, GREM or applicable experience in the Information Security field
  • One or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Java, Python, etc.) / SQL
