Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Producer to drive delivery excellence and client leadership across diverse portfolios of key accounts and projects. This role combines relationship building with delivery expertise, ensuring every initiative is executed with precision, creativity, and measurable impact.
The successful candidate will be accountable for both client satisfaction and project delivery, working across the full digital ecosystem. They will lead the delivery of integrated campaigns and digital experiences, managing cross-functional teams and complex programs that span strategy, creative, data, and technology.
- Manage high-profile, integrated campaigns and digital projects across multiple client portfolios.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and develop compelling proposals.
- Create briefs, statements of work (SoWs), timelines, estimates, and resourcing plans.
- Allocate and manage cross-functional resources, balancing team capacity with client priorities.
- Ensure high-quality execution across all phases—managing scope, budget, timelines, and risk.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear updates, and manage client expectations.
Qualified candidates must have:
- 6+ years in a digital, creative, or integrated agency environment.
- Proven track record managing complex digital projects and integrated campaigns.
- Experience working with clients in similar industries.
- Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and tools.
- Strong experience creating SoWs, proposals, estimates, and resource plans.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities autonomously.
