Inspiring Early Childhood Educators Wanted

A dedicated leader is required to provide high-quality education, development and care to children in our campuses.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
- Provide childcare services that comply with the national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Implement the Grow curriculum within the Campus.
- Document the children's learning through the OAC Connect app, supporting and mentoring other team members.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised Registered Training Organisation (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
- Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
- Genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
