The Role

As the Executive Director of Commercial Vehicle Operations, you will assume full accountability for the dealership's sales function, ensuring robust revenue growth and customer acquisition. Directly responsible for sales performance and overall business outcomes, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and execute a business strategy that aligns with company goals and drives revenue growth. Monitor and manage the dealership's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient operations across all departments, including our 24/7 breakdown service and on-site fleet maintenance. Optimize inventory management for parts and vehicle stock to ensure availability while minimizing costs.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all dealership departments. Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

  • Industry Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience as a General Manager, Dealer Principal, or Senior Manager in a truck or automotive dealership. Strong understanding of commercial vehicle sales, service operations, and parts distribution.
  • Leadership & Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively. Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
  • Customer-Focused & Results-Driven: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
